Capri Terms & Conditions
Welcome to CAPRI (Centralized APR Intelligence)
By clicking “I Accept and Proceed,” you certify that you understand and agree to comply with APR’s data governance policies, your individual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), and the strict confidentiality agreements we hold with our clients.
Dual-Layer Confidentiality & Client NDAs
APR is bound by rigorous NDAs with every client we serve. Because CAPRI surfaces insights and frameworks across different client files, you must adhere to the following rules to protect APR and our clients:
- Respect the Guardrails: CAPRI uses permissions to protect proprietary information. Never attempt to bypass, reverse-engineer, or circumvent these access controls.
- Anonymity is Absolute: If CAPRI surfaces a document or insight where the client’s identity has been anonymized or masked, do not attempt to identify, guess, or reverse-engineer the source client.
- Zero External Sharing: Cross-company insights surfaced by CAPRI are for internal APR strategy and optimization only. You are strictly prohibited from sharing these source documents, or any identifying details within them, with external parties or other clients.
- No Cross-Client Referencing: Never tell Client A that a strategy or rate structure came from Client B, even if CAPRI inadvertently reveals a source name.
Crucial Note: Validated Data is Not Connected
You will have access to your assigned client data from ACERO, but CAPRI is still learning and does not yet have full access to our ACERO database. Because of this, you must treat text and numbers differently:
- Qualitative Tasks (Highly Recommended): Use CAPRI confidently to summarize or compare lengthy documents, synthesize themes, extract action items, and draft memos or emails.
- Quantitative Tasks (Exercise Caution): Do not use CAPRI-generated figures in official client reporting. Any number the tool generates must be source- and sense-checked before using it in client conversations. These figures can be shared as a ballpark range but should not be presented as benchmarks.
By logging in, I acknowledge that protecting our clients’ proprietary data is vital to APR’s business. I understand that any unauthorized sharing of client data, misuse of CAPRI, or violation of NDA terms will result in immediate termination of access, disciplinary action, and potential legal review.
